The Mind and Anti-Aging
Recently, Newsweek [Web Exclusive] published an article highlighting the experiments of Harvard psychologist Ellen Langer. Her findings regarding how the mind actually influences the aging process are not only interesting, but quite profound.
We would be remiss if we did not share this article with you, and more to the point, encourage you to become the Controllers that you are.
Anyone training with our products, and especially those involved in the Inner Circle (as well as those within the Closed System) know first-hand, that here at SPC USA, we believe that the integration of body, mind and spirit is a cornerstone to achieving your goals and dreams.
The old adage “It’s all in your mind” is true to a very large extent, as demonstrated by Langer’s research.

Good article.
I find it most interesting that tonight I’m presently watching “The Lake House”with Keanu Reeves & Sandra Bullock while reading this SPC article during commercials.
Yes a romantic drama yet the “out of time” sequence of past & future is most curious to me especially with the emotional content of relationships.
Keanu splitting himself off from the original space timeline to change the present outcome of a life of love with Sandra or his death. There is no doubt that we must choose our choice in beliefs with loving “emotional” intent and not what seems to be “in line” with social norms.
Hum… I know what’s presently on my mind — and I’ve been shifting most purposefully with conscious emotional feelings. And I’m experiencing the changes in present time so rapidly than my mind has to backtrack to understand what had just occured.
Perhaps that is why I find the article and the movie most fascinating this Friday evening.
